The first goal is finding your own balance of effort and ease in each yoga position or breathing exercise. You will be guided through slow transitions and detailed, personalized alignment instruction. Be prepared to experience familiar and unfamiliar yoga poses from a new perspective. Explore yoga as a tool to create stronger communication between your mind and body and to challenge your abilities, leaving you feeling more relaxed and empowered

Ages 4-7 – Your children will learn the fundamentals of Yoga in a fun, pressure-free environment. They will experience the benefits of Yoga through games, songs and poses.
Ages 4-7 – Students will be encouraged to explore the practice through both physical and mental exercises. Emphasis will be placed on Yoga poses, stretching, mindfullness, and teamwork, all while having fun!
